Hi! My name is Grace, and I’ve been part of this incredible company since 2021, starting on the Guest Happiness Team. From day one, I fell in love with the culture, the people who quickly became family, and the opportunity to create meaningful connections with every guest.

In 2022, I earned my esthetics license, allowing me to expand my role within an industry I’m deeply passionate about. Having personally struggled with acne and skin concerns, I understand how impactful confident, healthy skin can be, and I bring that empathy and knowledge into every guest experience.

The beauty and wellness industry is always evolving, and I’m committed to continued education to ensure I’m providing the most up-to-date treatments and guidance. Alongside offering services, I continue to support the Guest Happiness Team and assist with salon and spa coordination, gaining valuable behind-the-scenes experience that helps me better support both guests and our team.

I’m excited to continue growing in this role, helping guests feel confident in their skin while supporting the operations that make this business so special.

Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with my family, playing with my niece and nephews, trying new restaurants with my husband, or relaxing with my favorite show while doing my nails.
